Rugby Union
RBS 6 Nations
PUMA team Ireland beat England at Twickenham 16-20 thanks to two tries from PUMA player Tommy Bowe. As well as the success of the Irish team, PUMA player Shane Williams scored another try for Wales in their 20-26 loss to France at the Millennium stadium.
Guinness Premiership
Bath Rugby continued their impressive form by beating a solid Saracens team 14-16 away from home.
Bath have now managed to push themselves upto 6th in the Guinness Premiership.
Football
Carling Cup Final
Michael Carrick and Nemanja Vidic who wear the PUMA PowerCat C1.10 stared for the whole 90 minutes as Manchester United played out a hard earned victory at Wembley against Aston Villa to lift the Carling Cup. Richard Dunne and John Carew performed well for Villa.
The FA Cup
Reading beat West Bromwich Albion 3-2 in extra time to line up a FA Cup quarter final tie with Aston Villa that takes place this Sunday at the Madejski Stadium. PUMA team Spurs beat Bolton 4-0 comfortably to set up a quarter final tie with Fulham. John Carew scored 2 penalties to see off Crystal Palace 3-1.
The Premier League
Tottenham saw Everton off 2-1 at White Hart Lane to move closer to Arsenal in 3rd place. Shay Given (below, left) wearing the white Powercat 1.10) and Wayne Bridge (below, right) both played as Manchester City beat Chelsea 4-2 in a rare defeat for the home side at Stamford bridge.
Internationals
Simon Church and Jack Collison have been called up to the Wales squad to face
Sweden.
The Championship
Chris Brunt scored 2 as West Bromwich Albion beat Derby 3-1.
An all PUMA Tie saw Reading see off Sheffield Wednesday at the Madejski Stadium 5-0 with Simon Church getting himself on the score sheet.
Coventry City beat Scunthorpe 2-1 and moved to just 3 points off the Championship
play-off places. Chris Coleman has completely turned around the 'Sky Blues' season as he has changed
his side from relegation to promotion candidates in the last 3 months.
Middlesbrough and PUMA player Jason Steele who has been England captain at U16, 17, 18 and 19 level has been given a chance to show what he can do at first team level with a loan move to Northampton Town. Steele helped the 'Cobblers' to a much needed 2-1 victory over Cheltenham.
Cricket
England tour
Craig Kieswetter scored a magnificent 143 runs off 123 balls against BCB XI to help England comfortably win by 112 runs.
Rugby League
Super League
St Helens beat Wakefield 22-16 and are currently 4th in the Super League.
