How do I place orders?
Placing an order is simple using our online shopping cart. Simply add the product to your basket and click the 'Buy Now' button. From here, either login or create an account, and you will be taken to our payment pages. For your safety and security, we process all our payments through SagePay (formerly Protx) one of the leading payment service providers. How do I return goods?
Due to the nature of what we sell, we cannot accept the return of goods that have been worn or used. The same applies for personalised items, if it's got your name on it, we can't take it back. However, if you find that your purchase is faulty, we are more than happy to accept returns. Simply post the faulty item(s) to our address given in the contact us section and we will process your return as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to personalise the kit?
Subject to stock availability, it takes up to 28 days to receive your kit.
Can I request delivery to a different address?
Yes you can. When you log into your account, simply fill in the 'Delivery Address' fields and your order will be quickly and securely dispatched to the address you specify.
How long after I place my order will I receive my items?
If it's a product we have in stock we aim to despatch it the next working dayafter it was ordered if the order is received before 1pm. If it's a personalised garment then add 28 days to the date you ordered (this includes delivery).
What cards do you take?
We process all our payments through SagePay (formally Protx), one of the leading payment service providers. This allows us to accept the following Credit and Debit cards:

How secure is your site?
We place huge importance on the security of our site. All transactions, from signing up to your account, to actually making a payment are encrypted using an SSL Certificate to secure all your important details. For added security, we pass the payment handling onto SagePay (formally Protx) one of the leading payment service providers, to give you peace of mind that your transaction is being handled securely. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How do I get to hear about your offers?
Joining the genesissports mailing list couldn't be simpler, just follow the link on the homepage and enter your email address and you'll be signed up to all our latest offers, news and competitions. Should you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so by simply clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails and we'll remove you from our mailing list.
Can you advise me on the right product to buy?

How do I track my order?
If you have not received you order by the date you were given at the point of purchase, please call +44(0)845 680 1204 with your Order Reference Number.
Are the product images shown an accurate representation of the actual item?
We invest a lot of time and effort in providing high quality images to give you a good representation of what the product will look like. We also provide a zoom functionality to allow you to check the details that set our PUMA products apart from the rest of the competition. However, all monitors display colours differently, so be sure to read the information about the colours carefully.
I've received my delivery, but it isn't what I ordered.
Like everyone else occasionally we can make mistakes. If you find that we've made a mistake with your order, contact us on +44(0)845 680 1204 and we'll be more than happy to rectify the problem at no extra cost to yourself.
How do I use my discount/promotional/voucher code?
If you've got a promo code simply enter the code in the Voucher Code' box at the checkout pages and your discount/promotional entitlement will automatically be calculated and your shopping basket screen will be updated.
I can't remember my password
If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the my account page and enter your email address under the 'forgotten password' link and we'll send you a new password directly to your inbox.
