Delivery Policy

Delivery times for postage of your order, will depend upon your destination and availability of the product you select. If your item is in stock, as indicated by the website, we will despatch  the product by the next working day for all orders received before 1pm

We’ve partnered with DHL in the UK; and trusted partners for Europe and the rest of the world, so that you can rest assured you get your packages securely and on time.

We have outlined the delivery options you can choose from below.
Delivery prices outlined are relevant for total weight of up to 5 kilos. We will call you to advise delivery costs if your order exceeds this.

UK Delivery - £4.95
We aim to pick and dispatch your order from our warehouse by the next working day when possible for stock items.

Delivery to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) is included. Excludes UK Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas.

Europe and Eire Delivery - £14.00
The delivery route for orders outside the UK, in Europe. Your delivery will be within three to ten working days for stock items.

Rest of World Delivery - £20.00
The delivery service for destination to the rest of the world. This takes up to 14 working days for stock items.

Returns policy

At genesissports, we strive to provide you with a hassle-free, convenient service. We sell the teamwear you want to buy, the way you want to buy it; so we want you to be happy with your purchase from us.

However, if for any reason you would like to return a product, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item within 30 days of purchase, providing the goods are in perfect condition with all original packaging intact.

Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please also note we cannot accept any returns of a personalised product.

If you would like to return your item, post the item back in its original packaging to:

enclosing a note about the nature of the return. This means the team are able to process your return as quickly as possible.
